Itinerary

Day 1: The Atlanta History Center offers a variety of stops for your educational tour. Your group can visit the Atlanda History Musuem, several gardens, the Margaret Mitchell House, or others. Fernbank Science Center can offer your group some educational information about planets, meteorology, and more. For a fun educational tour, your students will enjoy a visit to the World of Coca Cola where they will get to sample a variety of beverages from Coca Cola. They can also learn about Coca Cola around the world and learn about its history.

Day 2: Spend some time at Fernbank Natural History Museum to learn from some of the permanent exhibits. Some of the topics are nature, natural history in Georgia, and dinosaurs. A tour of CNN Studios will allow your students the opportunity to see the life cycle of news from collection to presentation. VisitZoo Atlanta to see all the creatures they have to offer.

Day 3: The African American Heritage Tour will guide you to the University Center, Auburn District and a visit to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Center. This will allow your student group to visit the birthplace of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. On a tour of Turner Field your group will get to visit the press box, luxury suite, dugout, and several other stops.

Day 4: Spend the day at Antebellum Plantation of Stone Mountain Park. This attraction will provide your educational group with a variety of buildings from Georgia from 1783 to 1875.
