Itinerary

Day 1: While you are in Atlanta, your student group will enjoy a visit to the World of Coca Cola. The Lobby will welcome you in multiple languages as well as introduce you to a variety of enormous artworks all in the shape of a bottle. Inside the Vault of the Secret Formula lies 125 years of mystery and concoctions while at Coca Cola Freestyle you get to make your very own! The Pop Culture Gallery features Coke artwork throughout time and memorabilia of the world’s best known American tradition! At the Coca Cola Store you get to shop for apparel, plushes, glasses and more! Don’t miss out on a group photo with the polar bear mascot! Then, head over to the Georgia Aquarium to check out the marine life! The aquarium has over 10 million gallons of water containing 120,000 animals! At the Ocean Voyager segment your travel group will encounter whale sharks along with the opportunity to dive with them! Southern Company River Scout’s section focuses on river dwellers like piranhas and alligators. The habitat of the loggerhead sea turtle is located in the SunTrust Georgia Explorer gallery and the Georgia-Pacific Cold Water Quest takes you up close to the otters, penguins, beluga whales and touch pools! Southwest Tropical Diver houses the garden eels and reef fish but at At&T Dolphin Tales you’ll be able to watch an incredible performance where dolphins are clearly the celebrities! 

Day 2: Spending the day at Stone Mountain Park will be a cinch with more than 3,200 acres to explore! Geyser Towers and SkyHike are suspended challenge courses while over at Camp Highland Outpost your group may partake in rock climbing as a bonus! Catch a film in 4-D before the Scenic Railroad trip on a 1940s open air car train which travels five miles around the circumference of the mountain’s base. If you’d rather try out a new perspective, jump upon the Summit Skyride for an 825 foot ascent into the atmosphere! Kids love The Great Barn with trampoline floors, games and slides while entire families appreciate a round of Ride The Ducks. The Antebellum Plantation and Farmyard presents a self guided tour of a working cookhouse, a garden specializing in southern traditions, a petting zoo and various special events and demonstrations. See the three acre Confederate Memorial Carving and the Quarry Exhibit or spend an hour marveling at the Covered Bridge and Grist Mill. The Stone Mountain Museum in Memorial Hall covers 12,000 years worth of local history while down at the Great Locomotive Chase Adventure Golf area, mini golf is taken up a notch in the company of a stolen locomotive theme! Dine on gourmet funnel cake, chili cheese dogs at Granite Cafe or experience the Campfire Grill. There are over a dozen dining hotspots on the mountain not to mention a spectacular fireworks display from Memorial Lawn; perfect with hot chocolate! Arrive in the winter time and partake in snow activities like a Singalong Christmas Train ride, a 4D seasonal film, tubing and snowball shooting!
