Washington DC Senior Class Trip

Washington, D.C., is a great place for schools to take their student groups on class trips. Washington, D.C., offers some of the most popular sites to visit in the U.S., making this one of the most visited destinations in the country! Take for example the astounding array of museums available to the public: African American Civil War Memorial Museum, American University Museum, Corcoran Gallery of Art, International Spy Museum, National Museum of Natural History, National Museum of Crime and Punishment, U.S. Navy Museum, Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, Holocaust Memorial Museum, Newseum or the Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens! This is just a taste, as there are also opportunities such as meeting your Congressman on Capitol Hill. Get up close to Abraham Lincoln’s marble statue standing 19 feet tall or let us arrange a tour for you of the Supreme Court during a court session or partake in a docent led lecture.   Step outside to the Sculpture Garden at the National Gallery of Art or visit giant pandas at the National Zoo. The U.S. Naval Observatory is a pre-1900 establishment where your student tour team may mingle with astronomers and search the skies through a telescope for UFOs.
