The Punchbowl came to be nearly 100,000 years ago when molten hot lava seeped from the coral reefs at Koolau Mountain Range. The crater was once referred to as the “hill of sacrifice” where the remains of military personnel from the attack on Pearl Harbor still rest alongside more than 33,000 graves. Hanauma Bay is a resort all its own for nature enthusiasts! Partake in snorkeling, birdwatching, coral diving, fishing, swimming and watch for green sea turtles to surface! Chow down at Hard Rock Honolulu in Waikiki where rock legend memorabilia reigns!
